Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

As a long time resident of Oak Creek it's nice to see a sit down casual dining spot without a drive thru. This particular spot has had a few restaurants over the years and I hope the current establishment stays. The food was great. We had two entrees and an appetizer. The calamari appetizer was fried nicely with a flavorful light batter. The tomato sauce side for dipping was a good compliment, although I missed lemons. I didn't ask for any. The side salad of mixed greens was crisp with a nice selection of chef made dressings on the side. My entree of grilled lamb chops had great flavor and a nice char served in a bed of seasoned rice with mushrooms, and a nice side of sautéed asparagus spears. Very pleasing. My wife had the shrimp and risotto. Very flavorful and had a nice visual presentation. The shrimp were plump, and cooked to perfection. Portions were large enough to take a second portion home of both dishes. Looking forward to lunch tomorrow. This was a Friday night and most patrons were ordering the fish fry of beer battered cod. The plates passing by looked good. Perhaps an option for a future visit. The only miss and that may be for other patrons tonight - the wait staff was overwhelmed and they struggled to keep food flowing and some tables happy. They made a huge apology and offered diners free desserts. With flow improvements and a tweak of the wait service it would have been a a real treat. Dispute this miss we will certainly try this spot again. There are more things of interest to try for sure.

Thought we were going to have a fabulous dinner. Lamb patties were raw and lamb chops were overdone. Waitress didn't know the menu when we asked questions. I hope they can short these issues out.

Delicious food, generous portions, warm bread basket! Waiterstaff very attentive. Prices good for portions served. Dinner came with choice of soup or salad and warm bread. Not a huge menu. Will definitely go back. We did not have the fish fry, but looked good for $10. Big pieces of fish.

It wasn't awesome. First of all there was a weird smell in the corner where we sat. My salad was wilted. The lamb meat ball appetizer had come straight from the microwave and was molten hot. I ordered the Chicken Marsala. The chicken was overcooked. The sauce was not a marsala wine sauce, at least not like any I've had anywhere, but it was a creamy garlic sauce and actually quite good over the garlic mashed potatoes. We ordered a bottle of wine that the table card said was $23 and we were charged $26. My husband had the fish fry and thought it was good. Maybe I was being extra critical because when I smelled the smell and saw the place empty on a Friday night I was not very optimistic about the food. Our server did a nice job. The floor in both bathrooms was weirdly sticky.

Had the lamb chops. The rice was a little sweet but overall the food is good. Decor was a bland. Great outdoor seating in warmer weather. The food was authentic in every way. This is my second time here and not my last.
